A herb traditional to the Middle-East made with thyme sesame seed and sumac, eat it with bread dipped in our local olive oil or add it to your salads and marinades
When Sumac, Sesame, and Dried Thyme get together… the result is a wild Thyme (Get it?) But also something we call Za’atar. Dip your bread in olive oil and Za’atar in the morning for a light, uplifting breakfast.
You can also use this in salad dressings.
