Ingredients

 2 cups Semolina
 1 cup Yogurt
 1 cup Coconut
 1 cup Sugar
 1 tsp Baking Powder
 1 tsp Vanilla essence
 2 tbsp Tahini

Directions

mix dry ingredients then add the yogurt and a little bit of water until thick paste texture achieved

Spread Tahini in a tray to act as a protective coat

Add mixture and let rest in the fridge for 20 minutes then cut into squares

Put in the oven on low heat for 10-15 minutes then broil for 2-3minutes to give color and take out

You can add almonds on each piece and add cold simple syrup on top.
