Ingredients

 1 l Milk
 Starch
 Sugar
 Orange blossom water
 Arabic miska

Directions

Crush 2 to 3 pieces of miska (arabic gum) using a mortar.

Begin by pouring 1 liter of milk into a pot on low heat and start stir for approximately 5 minutes.

Add 3 tablespoons of sugar and 2 tablespoons of starch, along with 2 tablespoons of orange blossom into the milk and keep stirring. Do not stop stirring as the mixture will stick to the pot and burn. Continue stirring in circular motion for 10 minutes until you feel that the milk is becoming more viscous.

Add the crushed miska to the pot and stir for 3 more minutes.

Once the milk starts becoming thicker turn the heat off and pour into serving bowls.

Leave the serving bowls on the counter to cool for 10 minutes and then put in the fridge for 30 minutes.

You can add crushed pistachios on top. Enjoy!
