Recipe
1. scoop 2 cups of flour into a bowl
2. Add one tspn salt and mix together
3. make a small well in the flour and add one tspn sugar and one tspn yeast
4. Add lukewarm water, enough to fit the hole and wait for the bubbles to rise
5. start kneading the dough and adding water as you mix until you get a soft wet dough
6. Cover the dough with a piece of cloth and let it sit for 30 minutes
7. take a pice of dough and form it into a circle then press it with a rolling pin
For zaatar topping
8. Mix the Zaatar with olive oil and spread on the dough
For Cheese topping
9. cut the white cheese into very small pieces and and spread on top of the dough.
(if you don’t like salty cheese soak the cheese in warm water for 15 minutes and keep rinsing until the cheese is less salty)
11. Place the Maneesh into a 350c oven for 20-25minutes until the tip is golden brown
